We advise our clients on current market rates for both contract and permanent resource and always look to provide the highest quality applicant to suit their final budget.

Each contractor we manage understands we operate an open disclosure policy regarding rates.  Our typical margin starts at 16% gross, thereafter reducing to 14% over a six to twelve month period.  This reduction in margin is passed directly to the consultant, providing a further reward for both the quality and effectiveness of their work.

By forming long term partnerships with our clients we have bridged the gap between the recruitment agency and standard SAP consulting partners.
